If you’re looking for a fun-filled day at the beach, then the Carolina Beach Boardwalk amusement park should be one of the options on the top of your mind ! This iconic boardwalk has been a popular attraction in North Carolina for decades, and it’s not hard to see why. During my recent visit to Carolina Beach, I had the pleasure of staying at one of the hotels in Carolina Beach and spending an entire day exploring the rides and attractions on the boardwalk. Here are the top three rides that I highly recommend to anyone looking to experience the best of the Carolina Beach Boardwalk

  1. The Ferris Wheel: No visit to a boardwalk amusement park is complete without a ride on the Ferris wheel! The Carolina Beach Ferris wheel stands 65 feet tall and offers incredible views of the beach and surrounding area. The ride takes about 10 minutes to complete, and it’s the perfect way to get a bird’s eye view of the boardwalk and all its attractions.

  1. The Carousel: This classic ride is perfect for kids and adults alike. The Carolina Beach Carousel is a beautifully restored antique that features 20 hand-carved horses, two chariots, and over 30,000 lights. It’s a truly magical experience to ride this carousel, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and nostalgic ride.

  1. The Sea Serpent Roller Coaster: If you’re a thrill-seeker, then the Sea Serpent Roller Coaster is the ride for you! This coaster is a steel looping coaster that reaches speeds of up to 45 mph and features a vertical loop, a corkscrew, and a heartline roll. The ride is just over a minute long, but it’s sure to get your heart racing and leave you with a huge smile on your face.

In addition to these top rides, the Carolina Beach Boardwalk amusement park offers a wide range of other attractions, including a funhouse, arcade games, and carnival-style food stands. There’s truly something for everyone on the boardwalk, and I highly recommend spending an entire day exploring all the rides and attractions it has to offer.

During my visit to Carolina Beach, I had the pleasure of staying at one of the hotels in Carolina Beach. The hotel was just a short walk from the boardwalk, and it was the perfect home base for my beach vacation.
